As a Regional Operations Analyst, you will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your region. You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, ranging from real estate expansion projects and day-to-day property management to ensuring health and safety standards are met and developing a strong network of local partners and suppliers.

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Lead, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operations. You will coordinate closely with regional colleagues and local teams, and your work will have a direct impact on operational performance and business results.



Become an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation within your region Support regional and local leadership teams in achieving operational targets and business objectives Act as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality and operational standards are consistently met Execute regional stock replenishment procedures to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations Contribute to the development and implementation of real estate standards, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with health and safety requirements Support the expansion of the regional network through real estate sourcing, procurement, and supplier development initiatives Background in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics, facilities management, or similar functions Experience in procurement, supplier management, or similar operational functions is considered a plus Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Collaborative team player, willing to work closely with regional and local teams to achieve common objectives Fluency in English is mandatory; German, Italian, and/or French skills are a plus.
