About the Role
As a Ethical Hacker you will test real-world human defenses. Joining our global cyber-tech company, you will play a role in strengthening our clients' security posture through controlled, ethical social engineering campaigns. You’ll step into the shoes of real-world threat actors to identify vulnerabilities, conduct immersive on-site engagements, and empower organizations to build a resilient human firewall.
If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and love combining technical expertise with persuasive communication, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute realistic, ethical social engineering exercises (phishing, vishing, pretexting, baiting, and physical penetration testing).
- Analyze client organizational profiles, industry vectors, and existing vulnerabilities to craft bespoke simulation strategies.
- Travel to global client locations to conduct live, in-person training and physical social engineering simulations across diverse corporate cultures.
- Lead high-impact post-simulation debriefing sessions for stakeholders, delivering clear insights and actionable preventive strategies.
- Author comprehensive, executive-ready reports detailing simulation outcomes, risk analyses, and remediation recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in social engineering, ethical hacking,
offensive security, or penetration testing.
- Strong proficiency in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), phishing frameworks, pretext development, and defensive security controls.
- A certifications such as OSCP, CEH, Certified Social Engineering Specialist (CSES), or equivalent practical experience constitutes a preferential factor.
- Fluent English
What we offer
- A salary of between €40,000 and €55,000, depending on your work experience
- Meal vouchers for every working day, including days when working from home
- Private health insurance
- Two days of remote working per week
- Reimbursement for travel between home and work
- International and collaborative working environment
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your CV, our team will review it carefully.
If your profile matches this or other opportunities within the Group, we’ll reach out to get to know each other better
Our hiring process usually includes:
- A technical interview with the team
- A technical assignment
- A final conversation with a Hiring Manager and HR
The number and order of interviews may vary depending on the role and business needs. Don’t worry if there isn’t an immediate match — we’d still love to keep your profile in our talent pool for future opportunities
