Reporting to: Marketing Director For an international company entering a new phase of digital growth, Ali Professional is looking for a:

based in Bologna .

We are looking for someone who lives comfortably between two worlds.

THE ROLE Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will define and execute the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, working closely with Brand, Communication, Sales, E-commerce and external agencies.

You will have responsibility for the entire digital ecosystem: from strategy and media planning to content, performance and analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Define the annual digital marketing roadmap

Translate business objectives into digital priorities

Develop integrated acquisition, engagement and retention strategies

Identify new platforms, formats and digital opportunities

Monitor competitors, consumer behaviour and emerging trends

Contribute to the evolution of the overall customer journey

PERFORMANCE MARKETING Manage paid media strategy across search, social and display

Coordinate acquisition and retargeting campaigns

Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other key performance indicators

Optimise campaigns based on data and business results

Manage relationships with media and performance agencies

Allocate budgets across channels according to performance

SOCIAL &

- CONTENT Define social media strategy together with Brand and Communication teams

Develop editorial and content priorities

Identify new formats and opportunities for audience growth

Coordinate creators, agencies and external partners

Ensure consistency between brand positioning and digital execution

CRM &

- CUSTOMER JOURNEY Support CRM and customer engagement strategies

Contribute to lead nurturing and retention programmes

Identify opportunities for personalisation





Analyse customer behaviour across digital touchpoints

DATA &

- ANALYTICS Digital marketing without data is just an opinion.

You will

Define digital KPIs and dashboards

Analyse campaign and channel performance

Identify opportunities for optimisation

Present results and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Support increasingly data-driven marketing decisions

INNOVATION &

- AI We are particularly interested in candidates who are curious about what comes next.

You will explore how AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve content creation, personalisation, media optimisation and customer experience.

Not because AI is fashionable.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You ideally bring:

5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

Experience within consumer, lifestyle, retail, services, technology or other brand-driven environments

Strong knowledge of paid media and performance marketing

Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media and CRM

Experience with analytics and marketing dashboards

Experience managing agencies and external partners

Strong analytical mindset

Excellent project management capabilities

Italian and English fluency

Experience within an international environment will be considered an advantage.
