/p pWe are currently recruiting for a bJunior Italian Copywriter /b to sit within the bEuropean E-Commerce /b team, based in our Milan office.
You will be reporting into the European Copy Manager, working closely with the European E-Commerce team, Italian marketing team and Italian in-store team.
/p pThis is an opportunity for someone with strong Italian copywriting experience, excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging customer-facing content across e-commerce channels.
Supporting the Italian Copywriter, you will help produce copy for key customer touchpoints including product names and descriptions, UNIQLO Today blog content, product category pages, email newsletters and content-rich landing pages in support of multi-channel campaigns.
/p h3What you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liPrepare copy for regular site and content updates, including changes to the UNIQLO homepage, category pages and product pages.
/li liWrite engaging subject lines and email content for multiple weekly marketing newsletters.
/li liPrepare and revise product names and descriptions in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice expectations.
/li liCreate exciting blog content for UNIQLO Today and other relevant customer touchpoints.
/li liSupport designers and site operations teams by responding to ad-hoc copy requests.
/li liTranscreate from English, briefs to deliver content carefully crafted for the UNIQLO Italian language customer.
/li liDevelop strong product, campaign and business awareness to ensure copy is accurate, relevant and aligned to business priorities.




/li liProactively engage with stakeholders across departments and follow up on deliverables without hesitation.
/li liCover copy-related responsibilities and tasks in the Copywriter's absence.
/li /ul h3Skills, Experience and Attributes: /h3 ul liDegree educated.
/li li2+ years' demonstrable experience content writing in an e-commerce context.
/li liBilingual in Italian at native level and English.
/li liExperience in Ecommerce or Online Content Creation is a must.
/li liExperience in Retail or Fashion is desirable but not essential.
/liliExceptional spelling and grammar, with strong attention to detail.
/li liGood understanding of SEO and how it supports effective e-commerce copy.
/li liClear experience working in a fast-paced environment.
/li liSelf-driven, organised and able to manage multiple copy requests and deadlines.
/li liConfident engaging with teams inside and outside of e-commerce.
/li liAbility to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
