Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
/p h3Purpose of the position: /h3 pAs International HR Learning Specialist, you will join Offshore Learning and Development team at Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) , based in Milan.

/h3 ul liDefinition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company's authorization cycles and established guidelines /li liCollaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans /li liDesign and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training /li liEvaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results /li liMonitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs /li liCoordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops /li liPromotion of a learning culture within the organization /li liFeeding and updating training information within company systems /li /ul h3What are we looking for?
/h3 h3Education: /h3 pA degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master's degree in training or HR will be considered a plus.
/p h3Background: /h3 p3-5 years of experience in corporate training,



especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad.
Given the company's international profile, having professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
/p h3Languages: /h3 pProficiency in English and French is a mandatory requirement.
Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset.
/p h3Technical/IT Knowledge: /h3 pExcellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred.
Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Oracle, is mandatory.
