Posizione:
We are currently seeking a
Junior
Application Specialist
to join our
Western Europe Regional Solution Marketing team
at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). He/She will be focus on identifying and promoting solutions to cope with customers' needs.
The candidate will hierarchically report to the
Solution Marketing Manager Refrigeration – WE Region
.
He/She will operate at Western European level within the Ref market, being in contact with CAREL subsidiaries located in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and UK. The candidate will support the
sales organisations
in the deployment of new and existing solutions towards the targeted sales channels, providing consultancy in the pre-sales phase and delivering internal and external training and activities.
As an Application Specialist, he/she will contribute to
devising new products, by proposing and working on regional solutions.
The candidate will be involved in
ideation/development/deployment
for new opportunities and the related go-to-market strategies.
Act as a
technical application expert
within the Refrigeration business, supporting the identification and deployment of customer-focused solutions.
Understand
customer application needs
and translate them into effective CAREL solutions and value propositions.
Serve as a
technical reference
point for Western European subsidiaries on refrigeration products, system architectures, and applications.
Provide
direct support to sales teams
during the pre-sales phase, including solution definition,



technical consultancy, and customer presentations.
Deliver technical training
programs to both internal teams and external customers on refrigeration systems and solutions.
Contribute to the
development of new regional solutions,
working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the innovation process.
Take an active role in the ideation, validation, and go-to-market launch of new products and solutions.
Gather and
analyze customer feedback
and market insights to support product roadmap definition and portfolio evolution.
Operate in a
cross-functional role
at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, and Sales, with a strong international focus across Western Europe.
Requisiti:
A degree in a
technical field
Experience in
REF
equipment, electronics and/or thermodynamic (is a plus);
Experience in
B2B market
with international exposure (is a plus);
Language: English, Italian, additional European language would be a plus.

Goal orientation, good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlines
International
