/p pThe Technical Specialist, based in Italy, is supporting the dealers and team in the field in technical advice and support /assistance.
Is organizing and supporting the training season for all the brands andproduct.This role ensures consistent, high-quality training and support aligned with business priorities and customer supportobjectives.
/p pbYour Impact: /b /p ul liProvide technical support and expert guidance on AGCO tractor technologies (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and PTx).
/li liAssist dealers and sales partners in resolving complex technical issues and support field teams with case management and EWFR reporting.
/li liDeliver technical training, support training programs, and act as an additional trainer for courses, trade shows, and exhibitions.
/li liCommission AGCO tractor technology in the field and support new product launches and market introductions.
/li liSupport AGCO system technologies and tools (AGCO Net, Fleetscan, Tech Connect, CPQ, diagnostics), including on-site assistance and seasonal on-call support.
/li /ul pbYourExperience and Qualifications: /b /p ul liExperience in aftersales, technical training, or learning development /li liStrong understanding of service environments and/or dealer networks /li liAbility to translate business and technical requirements.
