Manpoweris seeking an overnight Onsite Coordinator to join our team!The Onsite Coordinator works onsite at our client location, servingas theliaison between Manpower and ourclient. This individual would ensuresmooth day-to-day operations related to workforce management. This role is responsible for supporting client needs, managingtemporary employees, completing nightly tasksand maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Pay Range:

$21=$24per hour

Shift:

Tuesday - Saturday - 3pm-1200am - 1 hour lunch

What's the Job?

- Keep up to date records of associate compliances
- New hire orientations
- Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets
- Monitor employee performance and address issues such as attendance, conduct, and productivity

What's Needed?

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in excel, word, outlook and able to learn new software applications.
- History in working in or around a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Flexibility on the nightly schedule depending on business need
