To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Paid Media Expert to shape and scale the full performance engine of our new Business Banking line.
This is a unique opportunity to drive Italy's digital sales growth and be part of the Growth Digital Sales Team.

/liliOwn the end?to?end performance strategy, from demand creation to conversion, across all paid channels.
/liliCombine strategic thinking, hands?on execution, and strong governance to scale acquisition efficiently in a competitive and evolving market.
/liliCollaborate closely with teams across data analytics, UX, branding, CRO and the media agency to ensure paid media is fully integrated into the broader customer journey.
/liliOwn full?funnel paid media strategy commercial impact.
/liliDefine and scale the paid channel mix across search, social and programmatic, driving revenue growth and steering investments toward the highest business impact.
/liliDrive execution excellence across the full campaign lifecycle; ensure best?in?class set?up, tracking, optimisation and continuous performance improvement across audiences, creatives and bidding strategies.
/liliLead and challenge agency performance with clear governance.
/liliOwn the agency relationship, enforce a strong operating cadence,



and ensure accountability on outcomes, transparency and testing discipline.
/liliBuild a data?driven and AI?enabled performance engine; translate data into action, implement AI?driven workflows and automation, and optimise the balance between smart automation and manual control.
/liliDrive experimentation, innovation new channel growth; lead structured testing and scale new and emerging channels, ensuring continuous innovation based on incremental value and future growth opportunities.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2?5 years in paid media / performance marketing.
/liliExperience at a media agency is highly favoured.
/liliDeep and hands?on experience with paid channels such as Google Ads, social platforms, display, programmatic and partnerships.
/liliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions and improvements.
/liliAffinity with automation and AI?driven optimisation in marketing.
/liliUp?to?date with the latest trends in media.
/liliEntrepreneurial, pragmatic and decisive.
/liliComfortable operating in a corporate environment, while moving at startup speed.
/liliChallenger mindset: aim high, iterate fast and remove blockers.




/liliBachelor's or master's degree in (digital) marketing or related fields.
/liliFluently in both English and Italian.
/li /ulh3Working Conditions /h3ulliContract: Permanent employment contract.
/liliWorking hours: Full time (37 hours per week).
/liliApplicable collective labour agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA).
/liliLocation: Milan.
/liliAnnual base salary starting from €44,000.
