What You’ll Work On Strategic & planning Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals
Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics
Ensure alignment across projects and long‑term strategy
Coordination & execution Coordinate cross‑functional teams`s activities supporting the product development programs
Manage interdependencies within and between projects
Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Monitoring & reporting Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
Identify issues early and implement corrective actions
Resource & operations management Oversee operational processes and ensure efficiency
Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery
Risk & stakeholder management Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership
What You Bring A data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics
Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach
Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders and ability fostering consensus also within distributed and cross‑functional teams
Strong ownership, accountability, and a forward‑thinking proactive approach to problem solving
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus
Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagements
Bonus Points Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)
Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real‑time, memory, power)
Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms)
Experience managing programs from concept – EVT/DVT/PVT – mass production – EOL
Exposure to hardware ramp‑up and supply chain constraints
Ability to coordinate simultaneous HW, FW, SW and cloud releases

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: €34,800.00 - €51,600.00 annual (Gross)
The above pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. This range includes two additional months of pay as part of the annual salary. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales‑incentive plans are not eligible for our annual premio).
