In this role, you will support the Retail/ Finance team and have the opportunity to work with young professionals, experiencing the dynamics of the department and supporting business development through the improvement of financial analysis and accounting/administrative responsibilities. **Your Responsibilities**
- Assists the local retail/finance team in sell-in and sell-out reporting activities (monitoring of Net and Retail Sales, terms and conditions, etc..)
- Support the creation of new tools in order to monitor customers and sales representative’s performance
- Support the update of the distribution file per point of sale
- Support the Retail & Sales team with ad hoc analysis
- Collaborate with the accounting team through invoices checks and communications with customers **Your Profile**
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Knowledge of the Beauty industry in Italy desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills: excel and power point
- Pro-active team player
- Language: Italian and English fluent
