We are LSP – Light Sensors & Photonics, one of three business units within ams OSRAM, advancing the digitalization of light. At LSP, we go beyond traditional sensing- combining light, silicon, and system expertise to enable digital photonics solutions. Our focus is clear: powering next-generation applications in data centers, AR/VR, mobile and automotive, where light becomes a critical interface for data, perception, and interaction. - Project planning, quotes for target test times and development costs and efforts
- Development of test concepts in cooperation with Design, Customer and Suppliers
- Test ICs on Wafer Level and Package Level
- Hardware development to adapt existing test platforms to the test requirements of the products
- Design of test interface circuitry (loadboard) and probecard for wafer level testing
- Development of test software for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) using structural and high-level programming languages
- Industrialisation of the test solution and transfer to production with clearly defined stability and repeatability criteria’s
- Close cooperation with the product development to ensure testability of the IC-products in a very early design stages and with test support, product engineering, production and quality
- Contribution to new test methods and test development Know-how as well as continuous contribution to workflow and process improvement
- Technical Education (preferred Technical University) in the areas of Electronics, Measurement Engineering
- Experience with High level Programming Languages like C, C++, Unison
- Knowledge in Hardware- and Circuit Design and strong DFT Knowledge
- Familiarity with automotive ecosystems and standards like AEC-Q100, TS16949 and ISO 26262
- Experience with Automatic Test Equipment for Semiconductors is advantageous (Teradyne Ultraflex / Ultraflex + /, Cohu DiamondX preferred)
- Proven understanding in analog and digital circuit development, design for test and semiconductor technologies
- Data analysis, statistics of silicon results and debugging
- Innovative approach to optimize test program efficiency and effectiveness
- Teamplayer who enjoys working in and with multicultural teams
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
