ph3Your responsibilities /h3 pAs commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning of our Green Hydrogen modules and conduction of on-site service for balance of plant and our Chlor?Alkali business.
/p ul liEnsure safety throughout all commissioning processes; /li liManage the commissioning team and ensure proper execution of commissioning planning; /li liManage supervise the pre?commissioning, commissioning, start?up/ramp?up, performance testing of various subsystems and the plant; /li liSupport the handover of subsystems and the plant between the different stakeholders at site; /li liWork closely with various stakeholders including the Project Manager, Site Manager and the Site Team to provide subject?matter expert advice and leadership.
/li /ul h3Main Responsibilities and Contents /h3 ul liResponsible for functionally developing, managing and delivering the means and methods of the commissioning execution strategy, schedule and cost; /li liLead and direct all commissioning activities including the lead staff position responsible for and directing all commissioning activities at the site; /li liEnsures best practices by developing and implementing handover, pre?commissioning, commissioning, preservation processes and systems considering and including: contractual requirements, construction and commissioning schedule, maintenance, change and risk management; /li liEstablishes system boundaries, scopes of work and handover as per commissioning execution plants; /li liCommunicates commissioning roles and scope for members of the engineering and construction team; understands the commissioning test plans and protocols, coordinates and attends engineering, construction and safety reviews; /li liResponsible to ensure proper documentation and reporting of commissioning related activities; /li liBe involved and participate in client, vendor, and/or subcontractor meetings to resolve issues; /li liHandover to service.




/li /ul h3Rights/Authorities /h3 ul liManage/implement commissioning processes to fulfill the commissioning schedule and contractual obligations; /li liInstruct the NCA commissioning team members; /li liTake decision on daily commissioning issues; /li liIn coordination with the project management, negotiate and agree with the client on any commissioning issues; /li liMobilize, demobilize and replace the NCA commissioning team members according to site requirements; /li liResolve technical issues or disputes, if in the interest of overall project management or the decision violates contractual, safety or quality requirements.
/li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liStrong Mechanical and Chemical background; /li liAt least 5 years of specific experience as Process or Commissioning Engineer with a strong on?site experience in international engineering companies operating in the chemical industry (electrolysis experience is a plus); /li liFluent in English (German and other European languages are a plus); /li liAvailability to travel and prolonged stay in/out Europe at plant site; /li liHigh attention to HSE topics and procedures; /li liStrong interpersonal skills: ability to interact with other cultures, flexibility, spirit of collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers; /li liStrong problem?solving skills; /li liCapability to manage stressful situations; /li liKnowledge of the IT tools: MS Office, Design softwares (i.e. AutoCAD, Navisworks).

/li /ul h3Economics /h3 ul liCCNL Metalmeccanico Industria /li liAnnual Gross Base Salary range 45k-50k euro (paid over 14 monthly installments) /li liThe total compensation package (including the variable) will be commensurate with the assigned project and work on?site location /li /ul pFollowing the conclusion of the selection process, the Company may propose a gross annual salary that differs from the figures outlined in this job posting.
