The Specialist works closely with cross functional teams to optimize product performance and deliver a consistent consumer experience.

/p /li lipContribute to set sales and stock targets.
/p /li lipAssist in maintaining them and inventory plans.
/p /li lipUpdate rolling forecasts and provide insights to support trading decisions.
/p /li /ul h3Assortment Planning /h3 ul lipAssortments development by channel and geography.
/p /li lipProvide hindsight analysis to inform them and future range planning.
/p /li lipBrief Merchandising and HQ on consumer needs.
/p /li lipContribute to VM and space planning criteria.
/p /li lipMaintain the Store Profiling database and sample management.
/p /li lipProvide analysis to support line development.
/p /li /ul h3Allocation, Replenishment Trading /h3 ul lipExecute allocation and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock flow.




/p /li lipMonitor in season performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
/p /li lipSupport strategies to improve full price sell through.
/p /li lipParticipate in trading reviews and follow up on actions.
/p /li lipCollaborate with Logistics to ensure product availability.
/p /li /ul h3Systems Process /h3 ul lipEnsure accuracy of MDM and system data flows.
/p /li lipIdentify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
/p /li /ul h3Analysis Reporting /h3 ul lipProduce weekly and seasonal reports on KPIs, stock levels, and sell through.
/p /li lipProvide data driven insights to support decision making.
/p /li /ul h3Cross Functional Communication /h3 ul lipMaintain effective communication with Merchandising, VM, Retail, Logistics and Marketing teams.
/p /li lipSupport alignment across product, stock, and trading activities.
/p /li /ul h3Experience Profile /h3 ul lip3-5 years in merchandising, buying, planning, or allocation.
/p /li lipStrong analytical and numerical skills.
/p /li lipGood understanding of merchandising and allocation processes.
/p /li lipStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.
