Drive execution

- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and other functions to implement HSSE initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on safety and sustainability decisions
- Bridge business needs with practical, sustainable HSSE solutions

Lead continuous improvement

- Support incident analysis (injuries, near misses, accidents) and identify root causes
- Drive corrective actions and promote a Kaizen / lessons learned mindset
- Share and scale best practices across the organization

Coordinate projects

- Support cross-functional HSSE projects and Group initiatives
- Track progress, risks, and results
- Ensure alignment and focus on key priorities

Be present in the field

- Conduct Gemba walks and behavioral observations
- Promote a proactive safety culture based on accountability and engagement
- Support HSSE campaigns and cultural initiatives

Collaborate across HSSE

- Work closely with HSSE Governance and Site Leadership (RSPP)
- Ensure consistency between strategy, governance, and execution.

What we’re looking for

- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of HSSE experience,



ideally in operational environments
- Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations
- Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent Italian | Professional English
