**This role in summary** As an Intern supporting our Service Distribution Team you will have the opportunity to know the Whirlpool Consumer Service, understand the Operations behind it and collaborate with our EMEA Supply Chain team. You will support our team in particular you will work on continuous improvement of spare parts flow from Outbound to our consumer. **Your responsibilities will include**
- Support our operational activities
- Drive autonomously and effectively some of the main projects impacting the transportation
- Keep under control the outbound transportation cost
- Avoid any business disruption because of delays in invoicing approval/processing
- Analysis of the main transportation KPIs and doing report for the markets
- Collaborate with all functions of our CS Supply Chain central team **Minimum requirements** Are you: - a Master Degree student or fresh graduate in Management Engineering or Economics?
- good user of Office package/Google Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets? Basic knowledge of SAP would be a Plus
- a proficient Italian & English speaker,
