What are you going to do? As office coordinator you will be the backbone of our organization, ensuring that our office runs seamlessly, and our employees and visitors experience top-notch service. Your responsibilities will span from managing office supplies to maintaining safety protocols. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this role is perfect for you! Your power As an office coordinator you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and vendors (both by telephone and physically) and transfer to the appropriate person/department. The one who executes local general office and facilities policies; ensure maintenance of inventory of office supplies and interaction with vendors regarding selection, pricing, and delivery of office supplies, equipment, and services. You’ll be responsible for health and safety matters of the local organization, including risk assessments, and company emergency services. Ensure local health and safety policies are up to date and in line with regulations and ensure compliance from external contractors.



You’ll be the central contact point in case of fire or emergencies and you will take care of other operational duties of administrative and/or coordinative nature and supportive functions to Management Team and staff. And you’ll also ensure that office services such as coffee and tea, catered lunch and travel arrangements are provided. Your role plays a vital part in maintaining the smooth functioning of the office environment. **Requirements**: - Educational background in office Management
