Fidia is prioritizing its R&D; efforts in areas with the greatest scientific and commercial promise, such as Primary Care, Joint Care, Skin Care, Aesthetic Care, Eye Care and Regenerative Care._ With the aim of strengthening our Global Digital Business team we are recruiting a **Web Strategy Specialist** You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online presence, from managing websites to optimizing related digital strategies. **Main responsibilities**: - Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of all company websites related to therapeutic areas and products and ensure they are aligning with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with external agencies to design websites and launch effective landing pages and monitor performance for lead generation and user engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and user behavior and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and stay updated of search engine algorithms and industry trends to enhance website visibility.
- Plan and execute SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions and manage paid advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.




- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure a smooth online shopping experience for customers. **Requirements**: - Degree in Business, Marketing, Information technology or related fields.
- 5 years of work experience in the role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, WordPress, Content Marketing and Web Development.
- Knowledge of the main programming languages like HTML, CSS and Javascript is preferred.
- High proficiency in English.
