**PROJECT CUSTMOER SERVICE - PROJECT BUSINESS LINE** The resource will collaborate with local Sales to develop new opportunities. **Responsibilities**:
Prepare requests of quotation and relevant orders for internal factories and third parties;- Transfer customers order execution procedures to factories project management teams;- Coordinate the whole process flow in a project execution;- Respond to customers’ complains and escalating issues;- Manage the technical and commercial change orders;- Control project schedule and documents in close cooperation with Factory engineering and PM teams and local Sales team;- Facilitate project closeout reports and Project review meetings with customers;
