For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:
**HEAD OF LEASING CONTRACT DEPARTMENT** **EQUIPMENT & VEHICLES** **Posizione**:
**Main Responsibilities**: - Supervision of the preparation and management of Leasing Contracts from approval to commencement.
- Coordinate the management and verification of KYC obligations, including periodic reviews.
- Manage relationships with Banking & Insurance Companies.
- Manage and lead a Team of around 15 people,



ensuring high results and Team cohesion. **Requisiti**:
**Requirements**: - At least 4 / 6 years of proven experience in a similar role, within the Financial Leasing Sector.
- Previous experience in managing a medium to large Team.
- Knowledge of main financial incentives (e.g., SABATINI, Central Guarantee Fund).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
