Tierra is a joint venture company established in 2008 by Topcon Positioning Systems and Divitech, with the goal of developing telematics solutions to maximize management, efficiency, safety and profits.

The Solution Business Analyst main responsibility is to collect and track the functional and non-functional solution requirements in order to meet the customers needs. He/she reports to the Delivery Manager. RESPONSIBILITY
- collect,



elicit and analyze in detail the customer's needs to define the functional and non-functional solution requirements;
- manage the set of requirements by defining priorities and managing traceability throughout the requirements lifecycle (realization, release, maintenance);
- direct the solution to maximize the trade-off between costs, benefits and risks for the customer while respecting the project constraints;
- evaluate the impact of Change Requests on the requirements priorities and on the solution within the Escalation process. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of Business Analysis and/or recognized certification
- At least 5 years of experience in the analysis of software project requirements, also as Project Leader
- Good knowledge and experience (at least two years) in corporate telematics products, IT, telecommunications and the implementation cycle
- Knowledge of English and experience in international projects
