As a Sr Formulation Technician in our Manufacturing department, you will play an integral role in ensuring flawless production processes and adherence to the highest standards. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the Quality Operation team to ensure compliance in Visual Inspection activities.
- Manage the qualification process for Visual Inspection operators.
- Prepare, monitor, and start up machinery in the department.
- Provide support for department coordination activities led by Team Leaders/Supervisors.
- Assist during audits, ensuring all procedures are strictly followed. **Requirements**:



- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical production, specifically in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic inspection.
- In-depth knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in a production environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills among various collaborators.
