**Chaberton Professionals**, a division of **Chaberton Partners** dedicated to the search and selection of Middle & Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a **Temporary Production Manager**. The **Production Manager **will oversee and optimize manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role combines production management and technical coordination, with responsibilities in process engineering to drive efficiency and growth through strategic initiatives and automation. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the full lifecycle of both new and existing products. **Key Responsibilities**: - Take ownership of process engineering functions previously handled by the Operations Director, ensuring plant operations align with strategic goals.
- Address the increased complexity of projects and operational workload, including the management of 24/7 production across three shifts.
- Coordinate the distribution of responsibilities between the plant and GMT, ensuring the effective handover of project leadership roles to the plant.
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to implement maintenance protocols and resolve challenges posed by advanced equipment.
- Lead the introduction of new products and manage their lifecycle, leveraging past experience with complex launches such as SpiderMaxx.




- Provide essential support during the prototype phase of product development, especially when processes are unavailable in the prototype shop.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Lead and motivate the production team (25 members) to achieve operational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assess equipment needs to enhance productivity and collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain adequate raw material and finished goods stock. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in technical management roles, ideally within manufacturing or similar industries, with a strong focus on project management and handling complex projects.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Proficiency in manufacturing software (e.g., SAP) and Lean management tools.
