**Key responsibilities**
- Support to the local Finance Manager by supporting the monthly closings: P&L;, cash forecast and accurate analyses;
- Participate in the year-end consolidation process under the supervision of the local Finance Manager and the support of the Group Consolidation team;
- Cooperate with auditors and external consultants;
- Work closely with the Group Controlling department and the local management to define and implement Manufacturing cost control and financial controlling reports for the factories;
- Serve as a business partner to the executive and operational teams for planning purposes and to ensure our operations remain on track to meet our target goals;
- Support the Sales team to identify and implement margin and processes improvement initiatives;
- Support the operational team to handle the current growth of the company by implementing follow-up process and relevant analyses;
- Implement new finance/accounting/administrative IT tools with the support of the Group central teams and especially new ERP implementation;
- Implement Group best practices, internal controls, and tax planning to ensure accuracy of information and protection of company assets.



**Skills and experience** **Professional Expérience & Personal attributes**: - 3-5 years of external audit experience, ideally big 4, with preferably an addition of 2-3 years corporate finance experience in a product manufacturing company;
- Ease of supporting and advising business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions by strong communication skills;
- A great sense of organization and priorities;
- Hands on mentality. **Education, Qualifications, Skills and Languages**
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting;
- A good command of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and functional in the use of integrated business and financial systems;
- Experience with SAP would be a plus;
