Mission of the Job Establish and maintain the PA disciplines aimed to guarantee the safety & successfulness of the missions by verifying the adherence, for the products, of materials, mechanical parts, electrical components and processes to the industry standards and all applicable requirements Main activities
- Establishing the PA requirements baseline and producing the relevant documentation in compliance with the ECSS Product Assurance standards, or similar standard from Aerospace Industry, for the assigned programs;
- Interfacing with Customers and disciplines’ experts for all PA and quality aspects;
- Contribution to the selection, procurement, monitoring and qualification of EEE parts and controlling implementation of applicable requirements;
- Contribution on M&P; selection of the technology solutions, attending of M&P; reviews. Preparation of all M&P; documentation e.g. Process Verification Plans and Reports, Mounting verification plans, Qualification Plan and Reports, Declared Materials List, Declared Processes List, Manufacturing Flow charts
- Management and treatment of NCRs, waivers, deviations and alerts
- Execution of KIPs and MIPs;
- Management of suppliers’ and internal audits;
- Participation and contribution to program’s milestones (e.g. PDR, CDR, QR) and production (e.g. MRR, DRB) reviews;
- Coordinate and perform, where requested, incoming inspections;
- Support to Operation and monitoring of manufacturing activities Education/Training: - Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in aerospace, mechanical, electronics or telecommunication domains
- Good Knowledge of ECSS Standard,
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100 would be an asset **Experience**: - 2 years of experience in the Space and Defence Industry are recommended Tool or product requirements**: - Knowledge of NCR management tools (e.g. NCTS, NC-CAPA, Eclipse or similar)
- Knowledge of SAP or similar would be an asset Languages: - Good knowledge of English, written and spoken is required Behaviours**: - Excellent team working skills
