**Baglioni Hotels & Resorts** is looking for a **Regional Sales Manager Group & MICE** figure to join the MICE Department team for our HeadOffice in Milan. **_The resource will be in charge of the following activities:_**: - Create and implement sales action plans for the MICE and Corporate segment.
- In agreement with the DOS, complete and follow an annual budget for room sales, a travel plan and an expense budget which will be used as working documents.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to the DOS regarding changing market conditions, including industry trends.
- Research and identify potential new clients and develop an appropriate business plan that will bring increased business for Baglioni and The Palace Collection.
- Organise client events with selected partner agencies throughout the year.




- Develop close cooperation and excellent relations with LHW.
- 3 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or LHW member hotels.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the MICE market and 5*luxury trends
- Strong results orientation and ability to work independently
- Willingness and flexibility for sales trips or visits to our properties
