**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for Supply Chain Sustainability and Quality in Drive Products division and Motion business area with a focus on environmental matters. You will report solid line to VP of Supply Chain Management of Drive Products division and dotted line to Head of Sustainability of Motion business area. This role is open globally with a preference for ABB offices located in Finland (Helsinki), India (Bangalore), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni) or New Berlin (US). The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be accountable for: Integrating sustainability into supply chain strategy, aligning with ABB’s Sustainability agenda, regulations, and customer expectations. Driving supply chain sustainability activities with a focus on environmental matters, coordinating actions across all seven business divisions. Working together with suppliers to raise awareness, supporting them in defining and executing their emission reduction plans, and investigating partnership opportunities.



Overseeing division supply chain sustainability and quality, aligning actions with Business Area and Group-wide plans. Ensuring compliance with new sustainability regulations impacting supply chain, supporting interpretation and coordination. Engaging internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and gain commitment on supply chain sustainability efforts. Refining KPIs, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior leadership. Driving division supply chain quality development and continuous improvement, including supplier audits. **Qualifications for the role**: - Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management with demonstrated success in developing and implementing sustainable supply chain practices.
- 5+ years of experience in driving global programs in complex matrix organizations.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities in order to build networks and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to keep engaged on sustainability topics' evolutions in order to develop and execute long-term strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken, with other languages being a plus.
