- Display invoices corresponding to validated orders
- Follow up with the Purchasing department to display validated invoices
- Prepare payments and validations from suppliers on time
- Responsible for monitoring communication with suppliers
- Respond to internal and external requests
- Support on different ad hoc tasks according to needs
- Work as a team **Qualifications**: - Accounting degree with 2 years’ experience working in accounting English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- while French and Italian are appreciated Must be a great communicator and have established skills in accuracy organization
