Job Overview:
Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide a variety of high-quality treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services, ensuring guest satisfaction;
- Assess Guests’ needs and recommend appropriate therapies tailored to individual preferences;
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, as well as the entire spa area, adhering to health and safety standards;
- Promote the spa's services and products, providing advice on home care and retail items to enhance the guest experience;
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience;
- Maintain a professional and ethically sound relationship with colleagues, suppliers, and guests;
- Attend training sessions and remain up-to-date with new techniques and trends in the wellness and spa industry.



Skills and competencies required: - High-level discretion and privacy sensitivity;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Excellent interpersonal skills andactive listening;
- Be a team player and have a pro-active approach;
- Be able to perform in a dynamic work environment;
