Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for an energetic and process driven **Controlling Specialist**to join our Finance Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy).You will**focus on supporting the Team in all finance operations and coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and monthly variance reports.Your Impact- Focus on value creation




- Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial and economic data
- Support the creation of business dashboards
- Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects
- Support the budgeting process
- Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Assess and support the development of the areas’ operational plans
- Support Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments
About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:
- 1-2 years' experience
- Master's Degree, preferably in Economics/Business Administration
- English and Italian fluency
- Analytical mindset and attitude
- Previous experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principles
- Gap and variance analysis
- Knowledge of product economics (volumes, pricing, margins ROI)
- Knowledge of SAP CO-PA (preferred)
- Pricing analysis
