- You will support the Sustainability Manager of Hilti Italia in carrying out projects and activities with direct connection to the sustainability strategy of the Hilti Group. You will work closely with the main Project Managers of sustainability-related initiatives, bringing your contribution to the implementation of the same at the Italian level and improving their dissemination and communication internally and externally to the company.
- You will support the following activities: - **Collection and analysis of KPIs**: collect sustainability KPIs, analyze them and draw up reports on a regular basis to report to the Team.
- **Communication**: management of internal communication platforms with contextual content creation.
- **Creation of marketing training materials**for training colleagues who interface with customers.
- **Definition of processes**to regulate activities introduced in the company so that they work correctly and are transparent. **You will join a diverse team of people with a variety of backgrounds and experiences,

- During your internship, you will have scheduled touch points with your tutor. WHAT YOU NEED IS: - Bachelor’s degree in environmental or management engineering, Economics and Business with specializations in sustainability or related fields will be a plus
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
- Strong interest in sustainability issues.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
