- Open Hub: coworking space and community hub in the heart of Milan **Role & Team** We are seeking a **Business Controlling Intern**to join our Finance & Controlling team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and business performance evaluation in a dynamic and structured environment. **Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze financial and business data to assess company performance.




- Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans (LTP).
- Develop reports and presentations for management and department heads.
- Monitor and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and evaluate the causes of deviations from financial targets.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify improvement opportunities through What-if Analysis.
- Assist in investment evaluation and project management.
- Contribute to the company’s strategic planning process.
- Utilize financial analysis tools and software to process and present data effectively.
- Participate in reporting activities and internal control processes. **Required Skills**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
