As **Project Manager / Grant Writer**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring MindEarth's continued success across high-profile projects and innovative initiatives for International Organisations and Governments. Reporting directly to senior management, your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to project planning and execution, including administrative and reporting tasks, to establish clear objectives and deliverables.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the seamless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- **Grant Writing**: Develop compelling and well-structured grant proposals to secure funding for cutting-edge initiatives.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track and ensure timely delivery of project milestones, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- **Client Engagement**: Act as a key point of contact, maintaining engagement, and presenting findings and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- **Team Communication**: Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical team members to meet project objectives.
- **Business Development Support**: Prepare materials for pitches, including presentations, brochures, and social media content, to drive business growth.
- **Research and Partnership Development**:



Conduct research to identify new project opportunities and establish partnerships with key industrial sectors and stakeholders.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Maintain detailed records of budgeting, project expenditures, and resource time allocation to ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
