We are recruiting a consultant to join our **Corporate Tax Team** in **Verona**, who will be tasked with assistance in **tax litigation** and pre-litigation activities, specifically: - Support in managing tax audits;
- Support in handling tax dispute settlement procedures;
- Drafting of legal documents;
- Support in tax collection procedures;
- Legal representation in court;
- Tax risk analysis and implementation of appropriate tax risk control and measurement systems (Tax Control Framework);
- Assistance in dealings with the Tax Authorities.
- Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics_ This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: - Master’s degree in economics or law with a final grade of at least 100/110;
- 4-5 years of experience in firms specialized in tax litigation;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Master's degree in Tax Law.

Stiamo cercando un consulente da inserire nel nostro **Corporate** **Tax Team** presso la sede di **Verona**, che si occuperà di assistenza nell’attività di **contenzioso** e pre-contenzioso tributario ed in particolare: - Assistenza nella gestione delle verifiche fiscali;
- Assistenza nella gestione delle procedure deflattive del contenzioso;
- Redazione degli atti;
- Assistenza nella gestione della riscossione;
- Rappresentanza in giudizio;
- Analisi di tematiche fiscali di carattere ordinario relative all’applicazione della disciplina delle imposte dirette ed indirette (Tax Advisory);
- Analisi dei rischi fiscali e implementazione di adeguati sistemi di controllo e misurazione del rischio fiscale (Tax Control Framework);
- Assistenza nei rapporti con l’Amministrazione Finanziaria.
- Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics_ Questa è l’occasione perfetta per te se hai: - Laurea Magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza con votazione almeno pari a 100/110;
- 4/5y esperienza in studi specializzati in contenzioso tributario;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e orale). Costituirà titolo preferenziale: - Laurea magistrale in Diritto Tributario;
