**Job Brief**:
Are you experienced in guest service, managing front-of-house operations, and delivering memorable dining experiences? Our client is hiring a **Hostess** who will be the face of the restaurant and first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. **Key Responsibilities**: - Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservation systems, guest profiles, and table allocations
- Coordinate guest flow and waiting lists during peak hours
- Handle phone calls for reservations, inquiries, and take-out orders
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu and make suggestions where needed
- Identify and acknowledge VIP and returning guests
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure exceptional dining service
- Assist with inventory, stock control, and end-of-day closing procedures
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and company operational standards **Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**: - High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality is a plus




- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a hostess or guest relations role, preferably in upscale dining
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in POS systems (Micros a plus), Excel, Word, and reservation software (SevenRooms/OpenTable)
- **Fluency in English and at least one European language is required**: - **You must be willing to relocate Kuwait**: - Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage
- Able to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
