We understand the complexities of business challenges and approach each partnership as equals. **Your Mission** Assisting in origination, negotiation, structuring and completion of project financings and other structured transactions based upon ring-fenced cash flows and assets (“transactions”) to contribute towards the achievement of departmental budgets.
- Supporting the marketing to customers, prospective customers and banks with the objective of business generation including preparation of pitch books. This includes assisting with the development of selected new customer groups as well as the consistent raising of the respective customer potential in cooperation with the customer advisors.
- Ensuring fulfilment of all required processes associated with deal origination and execution of associated processes.
- Support the structuring of transactions, to include the negotiation of term sheets and the review and negotiation of all relevant transaction documentation, whilst liaising internally as appropriate.
- Organisation and management of the due diligence process.




- Assist in originating Cross Sell opportunities and then liaising with the appropriate product desks in Markets, Treasury or other Divisions regarding the funding of transactions and the cross-selling of appropriate hedging or other products
- Assisting the Syndications Department as necessary with the sale of loan assets and the production of information memoranda.
- Carrying out research, writing reports and maintaining files, statistics etc. on technologies, countries, sectors, potential transactions, customers and prospective customers.
- Undertaking special projects, including i.a. assisting as necessary in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and development of business strategy.
- Liaising with relevant Divisions of the Bank to facilitate the direction of opportunities to Project Finance (and vice versa) where appropriate.
- Contributing to relevant industry sector reports and anticipating market developments.To take on any other responsibilities or duties as assigned that are within the employee’s skills and abilitie. **Your Skills**
- University level education preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Law or banking education with appropriate additional qualifications




- 3-5-years experience of the project/structured finance market or banking market and sufficiently broad knowledge of available financing structures to compile satisfactory and competitive debt/risk proposals
- Ability to negotiate terms with project parties and experience in structuring and execution of project finance transactions including familiarity with the project agreements, loan agreements and other legal documents commonly used in projects finance
- Strong ability to understand and assess financial models; including proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced renewable energy sector knowledge required to address competition for business flow.
- Fluent in Italian and English, other language skills preferable
- Proficiency in risk assessment and ability to design mitigation measures to manage risk and enhance loss avoidance
- Willingness to travel, where appropriate, to meet existing and new clients
- Comply with challenging timelines given the nature of the business
