Join us in our journey. **What can you expect from the position?** You will be part of the small but powerful “CEO Office” team that works directly with the Co-Founders. You will work alongside our team and the founders on selected high-priority projects with any possible scope or topic and support teams when it’s needed most. This role is a great way to grow into a strategic/ operational role and to gain first-hand experience into a high-growth company. Core responsibilities: - Special projects/ ad hoc operational support: Project management of cross-functional projects as well as ad-hoc analyses for decision making support
- Fully own selected project workstreams from conceptual phase to implementation, likely focus areas: Marketing (B2C growth and B2B targeting) and expansion
- Support Bevy's management team in being their most efficient selves by planning,



preparing and attending key meetings (e.g. strategy and target setting meetings) **Who are we looking for?**
- You graduated in business/ engineering or a related field from a renowned university (Bsc/Msc)
- You are hungry to join a young, high-growth start-up and ignite the Italian food-tech ecosystem
- You have a quick understanding of numbers and you feel comfortable to lead your own projects
- You have good written & verbal communication skills in Italian & English
- First experience in a high-growth environment (e.g., consulting, high-growth start-up, PE/banking) is a plus **What do we offer?**
