**POSITION SCOPE**
To lead the analysis and optimization of UMG’s global business processes in order to improve overall organizational performance as part of UMG’s Application Re-Platforming effort. To drive and oversee the development of business process related policies & SLA’s and the implementation of organization-wide business process initiatives across Processing, Distribution, Finance as it pertains to the Business Technology Solutions. This role leads the study of operational and performance data and identifies opportunities to align business processes leveraging Technology, Software and Infrastructure. This role will drive the implementation of UMG’s Global Data Analytics Ecosystem.



Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the global organization.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the business and consultants and lead the development and implementation of the global business solutions across distribution, processing, and shared services.
- Work with Functional Consultants and Lead the development and implementation of the global processing Demand Planning & Inventory Management Process
- Develop the cadence of meetings and reports to support the Planning & Inventory Management process
- Prove the above Process Changes in the Conference Room Pilots working with the HGB Team on testing and training
- Identify the main work drivers in the UMG month end processes, and implement process changes to reduce the month end close process to The Identified Project Objective
- Work with senior BU leaders and program managers to identify opportunities, assess and develop business improvement initiatives and share learnings across UMG Identify, assess and execute on innovation, business process, change and continuous improvement opportunities across UMG
- Work with the HGB Team to ensure Use Cases are developed and representative of new UMG process and embodied in the D365 regression testing tool Lead business effort to get sign off on data transformation to get to Global Master Data




Actively participate in the Conference Room Pilots and help lead the HGB team through the process in conjunction with Consulting team
- Working with a variety of stakeholders across UMG to interpret new business framework/processes driven by the Alchemy project and other business initiatives and aligning them with our project portfolio and roadmap
- Develop a high performing solutions team to support aggressive transformation across the global business
- Proactively identify potential conflicts and issues, recommend alternatives to avoid business impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Work with the HGB Consultants, Core Team and Extended Team to ensure successful system implementation **SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Successful track record in establishing, developing and implementing process transformation in complex global environments
- Successful track record of implementing complex global software solutions
- Deep industry knowledge across Process Manufacturing and Distribution businesses
- Successful track record of developing and implementing continuous improvement, innovation and/or business improvement programs, their related initiatives and driving cultural change
- Successful track record of implementing Enterprise Data Analytics solutions to support real time business decision making
- Experience in business process re-engineering, related business analysis and change management
- Advanced level MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to process many disparate data point from different stakeholders and recognize common patterns and assemble standard processes **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
