Role descriptionWe are seeking an SAP FI-CO Specialist to join our Group IT function.Reporting to the SAP FI-CO Coordinator, the role will support the design, implementation and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions across the Group, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process standards.Key AccountabilitiesTranslate business requirements into SAP FI/CO configurations and functional specificationsSupport SAP projects across all phases, including analysis, testing, deployment and post go-live activitiesAct as a reference point for SAP FI/CO solutions, ensuring consistency and alignment across implementationsContribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with Finance and cross-functional SAP teams to define business processes and solution designProvide user support and system adjustments when requiredCoordinate external consultants and support project deliveryExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance,



Accounting or related fieldsAt least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/COExperience in full-cycle SAP implementationsGood understanding of SAP data structures and module integrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholdersExperience with S/4HANA is a plusPrevious experience in consultancy environments is a plusExperience in construction or project-based industries is a plusKnowledge of Business Intelligence / Reporting tools (e.G.
