We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Retail High Street for our Agency & Capital Markets division in Milano, Italy. This pivotal leadership role will drive our retail real estate strategies, focusing on high-value high street properties across Italy.
- Lead and develop the retail high street team, setting strategic direction and performance goals
- Oversee agency operations for prime retail locations, managing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Drive capital market activities, including investment sales and acquisitions of high street retail assets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including international retail brands and investors
- Analyze market trends and provide expert insights to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize business opportunities and drive growth
- Represent the company at industry events and in negotiations with high-profile clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the Italian real estate market **Qualifications**: - Proven track record in retail real estate,

- Professional real estate certifications (e.g., RICS) are highly desirable
