- Assist in managing the overall work arrangements of the after-sales team, including employee scheduling, attendance tracking, performance evaluations, and training guidance for new employees.
- Ensure high-quality operations, making sure that after-sales service and operational procedures meet quality standards, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication with other departments (such as warehouse, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth after-sales processes and resolve interdepartmental collaboration issues.
- Maintain work quality and efficiency of the after-sales team by optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing unnecessary costs.
- Monitor and analyze data, regularly reviewing after-sales data,



analyzing key indicators such as return rates and customer complaints, and proposing improvement measures.
- Lead optimization and enhancement of after-sales processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost reduction.
- Ensure workplace safety by managing and maintaining 6S standards in the after-sales area, keeping the workspace clean and safe. **Your profile includes**
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehouse management, especially in after-sales services, is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and complex after-sales service issues.
- Basic data analysis skills, capable of extracting valuable insights from after-sales data to drive process improvements.
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork, with the ability to handle work pressure.
- Familiarity with after-sales processes and relevant management systems, with the ability to efficiently organize and coordinate after-sales work.
- Some experience in warehouse management, with an understanding of warehouse processes and their role in after-sales service.
