Poste The person on this role will have to manage the purchases of the reference categories. He/She will manage and monitor the KPIs of the purchases and costs of the office maintaining a fruitful collaboration with the current and new suppliers of the business with an approach always aimed at "win win" agreements. Missions
- Suppliers’ contract terms, negotiation and active part in legal conditions definition.
- Negotiation with suppliers of finished products and components according to time-to-market requirements
- Tools and development cost monitoring and optimization. - Suppliers’ portfolio relationship management
- Suppliers’ share and balancing management.
- Trading activities and stock monitoring.
- Audit SA8000 operation supervise.
- Business analysis and tracking of the KPI’s.
- New suppliers scouting
- Introduction of actions and strategies able to insure the best margin and LT.
- Forecast analysis Profil
- Technical Requirements: - Economic or Engineering Bachelor degree
- previous experience in similar positions (buyer, purchasing, procurement etc)
- MS Office (Advanced Excel), Power BI in a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English (French will be appreciated)
