**Description**
SOLUM is a global leader in Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) solutions, with headquarters in South Korea and a strong presence across Europe. We are now establishing our Italian subsidiary (SOLUM Europe Italy, SEI) in Milan and are looking for a **Finance & Administration Officer** to join our team. This role is central to managing the finance and administration of the new entity and supporting our growth in Italy. You will work closely with our European HQ in Germany and global teams. **Key Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping and daily accounting tasks
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting
- Preparation and coordination of tax returns (VAT and statutory obligations)
- Accounts receivable and credit management
- Budget and expense management
- General affairs and office administration **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields




- 0-10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Solid understanding of Italian GAAP (preferred)
- Language skills: - Italian (required)
- Korean (required)
- English (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities **What We Offer**
