Our client is part of a leading Italian company listed at Milano stock exchange operating in services business. For the Italian HQ we are looking for the:
**FINANCE MANAGER** Directly reporting to the CFO, the future Finance Manager is responsible to oversee the day-to-day activities of the country finance&accounting; team and ensure that accurate financial and management accounts are produced. **Posizione**:
Therefore, the major responsibilities will be: - Manage all financial accounting processes, including month-end close, consolidation, and reporting activities;
- Review and/or produce papers documenting significant accounting judgements. Review and/or prepare the journal entries for the one-time transactions and those supporting materials when required;
- Management of the accounting and tax impacts of extraordinary transactions (e.g. mergers, acquisitions)




- Manages consolidation processes across entities and intercompany accounting.
- Maintain strong coordination with the corporate finance team, ensuring consistency in policies, processes, and reporting.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring robust financial governance.
- Manage and develop the local finance team, fostering talent and capabilities.
- Drive improvements in financial systems and tools, contributing to global efficiency. **Requisiti**:
