You will be responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly payroll for Nestlé Group Italy Employees in compliance with local legal and company policies. **A day in the life of a**_Plant HR Administrator_**: - Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executed
- Driving any issue resolution to achieve desired results
- Act as a trusted partner with our key local partners
- Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution
