Within the Retail & Wealth Management Department, you will actively support different activities related to Channel Orchestration, focusing in monitoring the performance of banks' channels (digital, physical, remote and alternative). **Activities**: - Operative Support to ongoing projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the tracking and monitoring of customers and channels KPIs
- Generate reporting through dedicated analytical tools
- Collaborate w/ Marketing and CRM teams for the sales funnel monitoring
