Analyze existing R&D; processes and identify opportunities for the introduction of new technologies and collaboration tools to improve efficiency. Collaborate with the R&D; team to gather new functional requirements and coordinate the implementation of digital solutions in collaboration with the IT department. Build strong working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D; and ICT, to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
