The Human Capital and Organization Directorate is coordinated by Marco Monga. Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:



- forecasting and planning personnel costs
- monitoring and validation of available budget capacity
- processing of economic reporting on personnel costs **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with use of pivot tables and vlookup functions
- Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Cooperative approach with stakeholders
- Accuracy and good analytical skills
- Confidentiality in data management **ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- Previous experience in human resources data entry
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- High motivation to learn
- Good management of time and priorities
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
