Currently, we are in search of a UA Manager whom we will entrust with the development of our games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta, and others;

- Monitoring and analyzing the quality of acquired audiences based on KPIs;

- Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives;

- Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and interpreting results to enhance campaign performance.





What kind of professional are we looking for?

- At least 2 years in user acquisition for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization models, managing budgets of $100k+ per month;

- In-depth knowledge of UA channels and their auction mechanics;

- Responsible for delivering clear and measurable results;

- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and good communication abilities;

- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
