This role upholds Silversea FB Core Service Standards and Silversea Way service principles, providing expert wine guidance, technical precision, and proactive guest engagement. /ppWith elevated responsibility due to a more streamlined Sommelier structure, the Sommelier supports the full wine service cycle - from cellar maintenance to service execution - ensuring impeccable wine quality, accurate pairings, and full readiness for peak service periods.
